Whistleblower function

At Aderian Group, we are committed to living by our policies, principles and applicable laws. We want to make it possible to identify and act on signals of possible misconduct within the organization at an early stage.

Our hope is that it will always feel natural to talk to us directly if you see things that shouldn’t be happening, but even if you want to remain anonymous, it should be possible to raise concerns. That’s why we offer a whistleblowing channel together with Lantero.

The channel is primarily intended to capture serious non-compliance with the law, code of conduct, etc. All reports will be processed, but if they are deemed to be outside the scope of the system, they will not be handled according to the system’s procedures.

To make a complaint, you go to an external website and fill in a form with the relevant information. Cases are investigated by a specially appointed trust group or by an external and independent lawyer. Feedback is given to the management team within the Aderian Group with proposals for action or further handling.
