Christian Dempe becomes new CEO of Aderian

Since its establishment in early 2022, Aderian has had a very strong development and is today a leading IT partner with close to SEK 1 billion in sales. As the company gears up, Christian Dempe will take over as the new President and CEO, with the aim of supporting continued growth, entrepreneurial efficiency and market consolidation.

Aderian acquires Navet

Aderian continues its expansion and acquires Navet AB, a specialist in business systems. The acquisition further broadens Aderian’s offering and creates great opportunities for deeper collaboration with other companies in the group, in particular the cloud services company Zelly.

Aderian recruits for continued growth

Aderian is building a group function to support the continued growth of the group and its companies. Functions such as finance, marketing, HR, business development and business support will work with the CEO to create the conditions to drive rapid expansion.

Marcus Lindstedt new board member in Aderian

Marcus Lindstedt has a long background as an entrepreneur and has run a number of companies specializing in outsourced operation of IT services. Today, Marcus works as an investor, through his company Vida Nova Invest, and as a board professional. Marcus will strengthen the board with both industry knowledge and entrepreneurial experience and will be an active sounding board for CEO Mia Åslander in particular, but also for the entrepreneurs in the group’s companies.

Premiere of Aderian Gothenburg City

The newly launched Aderian Göteborg City is the latest addition to the IT group Aderian Group. The company will target medium-sized companies in the Gothenburg region.

Adelis becomes new majority shareholder in Aderian Group

Aderian Group strengthens its ownership structure by bringing in Adelis Equity as a growth partner to further develop the group and accelerate growth. Aderian Group was founded in early 2022 by entrepreneurs who came together to create a leading provider of IT operations and related services for small and medium-sized businesses. At the time of the transaction, Aderian is expected to have a turnover of close to SEK 1 billion.
