New establishment for Aderian Group – Canmer Data opens office in Alingsås
Last year, Canmer Data was one of the first companies to become part of the IT group Aderian Group. Now a new office is being established in Alingsås in addition to the existing ones in Mölndal and Åkersberga. The purpose of the new establishment is to strengthen the local presence.
Marcus Lindstedt new board member in Aderian
Marcus Lindstedt has a long background as an entrepreneur and has run a number of companies specializing in outsourced operation of IT services. Today, Marcus works as an investor, through his company Vida Nova Invest, and as a board professional. Marcus will strengthen the board with both industry knowledge and entrepreneurial experience and will be an active sounding board for CEO Mia Åslander in particular, but also for the entrepreneurs in the group’s companies.

The newly launched Aderian Göteborg City is the latest addition to the IT group Aderian Group. The company will target medium-sized companies in the Gothenburg region.
Aderian continues to grow – Aktiv IT new partner in Värmland
Aderian Group continues the new year as the old one ended – with further growth. A new partner in the fast-growing group is Aktiv IT from Värmland, which is an expert in IT infrastructure and operations as well as training for IT technicians.
Adelis becomes new majority shareholder in Aderian Group
Aderian Group strengthens its ownership structure by bringing in Adelis Equity as a growth partner to further develop the group and accelerate growth. Aderian Group was founded in early 2022 by entrepreneurs who came together to create a leading provider of IT operations and related services for small and medium-sized businesses. At the time of the transaction, Aderian is expected to have a turnover of close to SEK 1 billion.

INVID Göteborg, part of the INVID group of companies, is the latest addition to the newly formed and fast-growing Aderian Group. The new partner primarily brings expertise in IT infrastructure and operations, which will help to synchronize and streamline infrastructure management within the group and form the basis for new offerings.
Aderian is growing – two new companies in the group
Square Moon and Security Solution are the latest additions to the newly formed and fast-growing Aderian Group. Together, the group has a turnover of just over half a billion and has around 250 employees. The new members add specialist expertise in security and system development.
Nordic IT Group changes name to Aderian Group
The Nordic IT Group, which was formed in early 2022, today changes its name to Aderian Group. The new name is associated with the added value that is added in collaboration with customers. Together, the companies within Aderian can offer comprehensive services in IT and application operations, infrastructure, cloud services, security and digitization.
