Aderian Group is making its biggest AI investment to date, using Microsoft Learn and the Enterprise Skilling Initiative to raise the AI skills of the entire group. The goal is to make AI a natural part of everyday life for all 750+ employees, regardless of role or previous experience.

By building knowledge throughout the organization, Aderian Group wants to lead the development and help its customers take the next step in their digital development, where AI is used to create concrete business benefits.

Supported by Microsoft’s training platforms, Microsoft Learn and the Enterprise Skilling Initiative, Aderian Group will train all employees and create a common foundation for AI use across the organization.

“We have over 10,000 customers, mainly small and medium-sized enterprises. Through this initiative, we give them the best conditions to take their businesses to the next level with the help of AI. Our mission as an IT partner is to help customers stay relevant and competitive through AI,” said Christian Dempe, CEO of Aderian Group.

Building libraries of AI agents

A key part of the initiative is to create a library of scalable AI agents that can be implemented at Aderian’s customers. The focus is on efficiency, safety and future-proof solutions.

“Aderian is a cloud-first company and uses Microsoft platforms as a priority choice. Our AI initiative makes it possible to meet customer needs – both technically and from a security and compliance perspective,” says Robin Bremsén, Alliance Manager at Aderian Group.

Activities with Microsoft

As a Microsoft Partner, Aderian Group collaborates with Microsoft on customer activities such as hackathons, seminars and trainings. Aderian Group was also one of the first Swedish partners in the Microsoft 365 Copilot Early Adopter Program, providing early and valuable experience with AI agent technology.

“Through the Aderian AI Agent Academy, Aderian Group supports Swedish companies in learning how to adopt and benefit from AI, helping them to strengthen their competitiveness,” says Sophia Wikander, CEO of Microsoft Sweden.

Internal initiatives and future-proofing

Aderian has been investing in AI for a long time and was among the first Swedish companies to start using Microsoft 365 Copilot. The early start has provided companies with valuable insights to understand how AI can create real value in everyday life.

Through internal focus groups, training programs and customer workshops, Aderian has built up a broad expertise in both technology and business development. With initiatives like the AI Agent Academy, its own train-the-trainer program, hackathons, and a focus on lifecycle management, Aderian Group shows that AI is more than technology, it’s a strategic investment.
