Aderian Group has acquired Precede, a specialist in Microsoft infrastructure and UC, with operations in Eskilstuna, Stockholm and Gothenburg. The acquisition strengthens Aderian Group's position as a leading provider of Microsoft services and at the same time expands the presence to Eskilstuna, a location where Aderian Group has not previously been represented.

Precede offers specialized expertise in Microsoft infrastructure, collaboration platforms and integrated communication services within Microsoft UC. With a focus on both cloud and hybrid environments, Precede is a strategic partner for customers who want to optimize their IT investments and build long-term solutions. Precede has extensive experience in helping both small companies with complex challenges and large multinational groups that require the sharpest expertise in Microsoft infrastructure in complex integration and migration projects.

– Becoming part of the Aderian Group is an exciting step in our journey. We look forward to offering our customers even greater opportunities and expertise through the Aderian Group network. We look forward to the synergies and opportunities that this collaboration will bring to our customers and employees, not least with the overall strength of Aderian Group. We are both proud and confident to be part of it, says Jens Nilsson, CEO of Precede.

Aderian Group continues its expansion by including companies with deep specialist expertise and strong local roots.

– We are proud to welcome Precede to the Aderian Group. Their specialist knowledge of Microsoft platforms and UC, as well as their commitment to customized solutions and long-term customer relationships, fits perfectly into our strategy of specialist companies that strengthen our core business. This acquisition enables us to strengthen our offering and expand our presence in Eskilstuna and the other regions where Precede operates,” says Christian Dempe, CEO of Aderian Group.
