AI, agents and the future of work – for real

Aderian AI Tour is a nationwide event series where we, together with our companies within the Aderian Group, invite to local AI events around Sweden. The focus is on how organizations can actually use AI, Copilot and intelligent agents in everyday life – in a safe, controlled and business-oriented way.

These are not powerpoint-level predictions of the future. We share concrete insights, live demos, customer cases and experiences from our own journey as Customer Zero, where we are already using AI in live operation – in our own processes and with our customers.

What is the Aderian AI Tour?

The Aderian AI Tour is for anyone who is curious about AI and wants to understand how the technology can help develop and strengthen their business. The event is aimed at leaders, IT and business managers, as well as people who simply want to learn more, stay ahead and take their organization into the next phase.

The Aderian AI Tour is a meeting place for everyone who wants to:

get started, or take the next step, in a safe and structured way
gain insight into how different AI ecosystems are used in real-world scenarios
learn about customer cases, live demos and concrete ways of working
share experiences with others in the middle of their AI journey

Each stop is organized by a local company in the Aderian Group, with a common thread but adapted content based on target group, industry and current needs.

How Aderian Group works with AI

Aderian Group consists of about 30 specialist companies around Sweden. Together, we have chosen an approach to AI that combines curiosity and innovation with structure, security and a long-term perspective.

We believe in daring to test to learn. To really understand AI, you need to dare to try and explore new ways of working. At the same time, we do not believe in AI as something unstructured alongside the business.

Successful AI work requires clear governance, the right levels of security and thoughtful management. By starting small, working in a controlled way, and building step by step, we create solutions that last over time, without losing control, compliance or business focus.

As Customer Zero, we ourselves use Copilot, AI agents and automation in our own everyday lives. This means that we don’t just talk about what AI could be, but how it works here and now – both in our own organization and with our customers.
